A Modern 3BHK Duplex with a part Granite façade design and an ample car park covered by a unique compound wall that complements the elevation.

A Sustainable Kerala- style Residence designed with basic wall structure and traditional Mixed Roofs satisfying most environmental aspects. A nostalgic Entrance is decorated with exposed brick facade and Arches.
